The EcCare Health Centers provide UKOOA OffShore Examinations along with valuable information for each of your employees that is assigned offshore duty. These examinations are on an appointment only basis. Please contact Violet Guerrero by e-mail or call 972-659-1234 to schedule you with one of our certified UKOOA providers. Also, please send us the location of your offshore work, and we will evaluate the vaccinations needed. Most vaccinations will already be in our inventory, but confirmation before your appointment is preferred.

What can you expect to happen during your examination ?

Review of Medical History with the Nursing Staff (including past illnesses, surgeries and hospitalizations), Current or Chronic Health Problems, General Health and Well-Being.

Comprehensive Physical Examination (including but not limited to: Vision Screening, Audiogram, Urinalysis, and Spirogram)

Additional Laboratory Testing or Radiology (as required or necessary for certification)

Updating of Travel Immunizations (if required)

Disease preventive medication ( Malaria )

Review of Foreign Location Medical Risk Factors

Please come prepared for your Off-Shore Examination by fasting after 12:00am the night prior to the appointment in the event additional testing is required. The anticipated time to allow in the center for your off-Shore Examination Appointment is approximately 2 hours.
